It was a good value in a decent location

It is extremely loud and a nickel and dying you for anything extra like a pillow but I guess that's supported by the low price. The bed was extremely firm for my liking

Amazing location, friendly staff, great stay overall.

As others mentioned people might find issues with two things hotel can't really do much about, as it is linked to the building itself. One is outside traffic noise which can be an issue late night for people with light sleep (although you can buy or bring earplugs). Second one is an odor coming from old plumbing, which you can sometimes smell in the bathroom.

Heart of Chinatown! Location was great! Foot massage was good!

There was a musty smell coming from the sink in the toilet.

I love the location, the unit owner is also responsive.

The building has only 1 small elevator.

Massive room, spacious and good interiors. Had 7/11 downstairs so easy access for amenities

Walls and doors were dirty with stains. Bed was also hard. Location was in china town which was a little dinghy

It was close to starbucks, 7/11, subway and it is located in the middle of chinatown. Also walking distance within a lot tourist attractions

My room had outlets in odd places. For example there was no outlets near the bed. So I'll have stretch on the bed while on my phone charging. Same thing with sofa theres not outlets near the sofa as well.

Great location in the heart of Chinatown. It was a very short walk to get on the MRT blue line, which connected us with so much of the city and sites.

There are a lot of rules and extra charges with respect to the hotel rooms, bedding, towels, etc.

The room was nice, Netflix & YouTube were a plus! The location was also very good. Loved that there is a 7 eleven, Starbucks and money exchange under the same roof. Lots of cafes and restaurants, and the China town night markets are walking distance. Also, MRT is just 5 min away. Staff was lovely. They really tried meeting all my requests, such as laundry, ironing, and baggage storage.

The view from my hotel room was not nice. Not really a city view.

Property is same with picture! Clean and staff are very accomodating. The lady in eyeglasses in the reception has 10/10 customer service. Great location and lots of restaurants nearby plus the free foot massage is the bomb! Booked another night as we really liked the massage and the service.

Just confusing upon arrival as the property reception was located in 3rd floor. Also, there’s really a language barrier, make sure staff/reception got you right. Google translate is really recommended

It was a very pleasant stay. Everything was what I had thought it would be. Staff and accommodations were great. Would stay there again. There is a grocery store right down the street, so you could get everything you needed. Coming from the US this helped with acclimating to Thailand.

location was great for walking around Chinatown. quiet street at night, one street over from Yarowat road. 7-11 on the ground floor.

TV channels...could not get any news station in English...need to use your phone internet to keep in touch.

It is very good location closure to Yaowarat Market. I have a list of many tasty restaurants that I should not miss.

I had experience in one night that one guest, he/she did something caused fire alarm rang at midnight. Fortunately that nothing happend at that night.

The room was very spacious for 3 people including a living room and a separate bedroom and bathroom.

The air-conditioning unit in the living area gave out a smell when we had it on, but the air-conditioning unit in the bedroom was fine.

There is a strong sewage smell coming out of the pipes that gets stronger on some days and not bad on others.When it was at its worst the room was almost unbearable to be in, we only got around it by covering all the drain pipes and using herbal inhalers to block the smell.This is mentioned in other reviews so seems an ongoing plumbing problem.The wifi signal was barely usable in the room and only worked in one spot right at the front door. Some signal extenders would be useful.If these two issues were fixed we would have no issues staying here again but otherwise would pick elsewhere next time.

It’s very convenient as it is close to everything. There’s a 7/11 downstairs and also money exchange. The Wanton place across the street is really good as well!

The faucet was weirdly too close to the sink which made it uncomfortable to wash my hands.

I had apartment and it was very spacious and quiet. Staff very friendly, location perfect.

Its a street away from Yaowarat where all the nice street foods are. Best place to stay if you come for a food trip and cheap for the size of the room!

Theres a certain smell in the bathroom.

The location is the best, currency exchange branch, starbuck, convenience store, lot of street food, near train station (wat mangkon) and large room, with good facilities such as pantry, small refrigerator. Got netflix too.

the room is not secure. no card access but used key room instead, one small lift and only can fit 4-5 people at max (w/o luggage or bag). No presence of convincing security facilities. Room is not sound proof.
